1. Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India for all orders above Rs.2000/-. Currently we are not offering International shipping.


2. By when will I receive the ordered products?

We ship order through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 5-6 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Sometimes delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.


3. Why have I received only a part of my order?

Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.

1. Can I cancel an order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Loose Ends. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

1. In which cases can I return the product?

In the unlikely event that you don’t like a Loose Ends product we are happy to take it back in an unused state in its original packing within 10days of delivery. Products can be returned in these two conditions:

  • You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed. 
  • Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size.

On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you equivalent store credit or refund the amount to the original credit or debit card used for payment. Any product purchased on/during SALE is non-refundable and non-exchangable.

2. What is the returns procedure?
If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with us within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can get in touch with us by sending an email to or can call us on +91-9930247246 between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m (Monday – Saturday).

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we offer a replacement.
We will send you a return confirmation email. Please take a printout of that email and send the same to us along with the returned products. Please use a track-able and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the authorization email.
Once we received the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment within 10-14 business days. No cash refunds are made.
No products will be exchanged against products on SALE.

3. Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods?
The customer pays the return shipping charges. We do not reimburse the shipping charges.All Custom Duties levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
