1. When am I charged?

We charge you in full upon confirmation of your purchase, so be sure to double-check your purchases before you confirm!

2. The item I want is sold out!

Just drop us an email we'll see what we can do for you. Some of our products may be limited in quantity, or may not be in production anymore. We will, however, try our best.

3. Where do you ship to?

We ship locally for now. Within India, we offer free shipping on orders above INR 2000 Check out our shipping policy for more information.

4. What payment types do you accept?

We work with CCAvenue payment gateway. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards of most major banks in India. But sorry we don’t accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

The estimated shipping time for orders within India is 5 – 6 working days, Some products may take a longer time to arrive as they come directly from our vendors. Sometimes we may even ship out your order in separate shipments so that you can receive part of your order first. We seek your kind understanding and patience on this.
